Terms of service

The Looksera service is provided by Looksera (the business operating under that name, referred to here as "Looksera", "we", or "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you enter into a binding agreement with Looksera.

You must be 16 or older to use Looksera. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian's consent. By using the service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that, if you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to bind it to these terms.

Looksera provides digital AI-powered appearance and style guidance. AI-generated outputs may vary based on photo quality, user inputs, goals, preferences, and model interpretation. Looksera does not guarantee specific appearance, grooming, skincare, dating, social, career, sales, confidence, or lifestyle outcomes.

Do not upload photos of other people without their permission. Do not use the service unlawfully, to infringe intellectual property, to upload malware, to scrape or probe the service, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent technical limits. Do not rely on Looksera for any decision that requires professional advice.

Looksera, including its software, models, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use under your selected plan. You retain ownership of the photos you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to operate the service.

Payments for Looksera are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a Single Profile, monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or any other paid feature, you agree to the price, billing frequency, and payment terms shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Users can cancel anytime to stop future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

All purchases are final except where required by law or approved by Looksera for a verified billing error, duplicate charge, fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, or technical access issue.

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the service, with or without notice, if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using and close your account at any time. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

Looksera is not a healthcare, professional care, or diagnostic service and does not replace advice from any qualified professional. For any concern that requires professional guidance, please consult an appropriately licensed professional.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Looksera is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product before they take effect.
