All purchases are final
Because Looksera provides digital services and AI-generated outputs, all purchases are final once payment is completed, except where required by applicable law or approved by Looksera for a verified billing or technical issue.
No voluntary refunds
Looksera does not offer voluntary refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs
- Disagreement with appearance suggestions
- Expected appearance results
- Unused time in a subscription billing period
- Failure to use purchased credits
- Accidental purchase after checkout confirmation
- Not liking a generated profile
- Not liking style, grooming, skincare routine, or progress suggestions
Single Profile purchases
Single Profile purchases are final once payment is completed.
If a profile credit is used or an appearance profile is generated, the digital service has been delivered and the purchase is not eligible for a voluntary refund.
Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly subscription payments are final once payment is completed.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated in the account settings.
Billing errors and technical access issues
Looksera may review refund requests only for:
- Duplicate charges
- Verified billing errors
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Failure to receive purchased access due to a verified technical issue
- Other cases where a refund is required by applicable law
